Digital Art Market —
Collaboration among Galleries, Artists, Curators, and Creators in Korea and Abroad

Date: November 14, 2025 (Fri) 11:00-19:00
Venue: Arts Korea Lab, 6F AKL Agora (Twin Tree Tower, Building A, 6, Yulgok-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul)

Signal On Sale is structured around three sessions—“Signal,” “On,” and “Sale”—to tackle the practical questions of building a market-ready ecosystem: the historical and aesthetic trajectories of digital art; modes of production and transaction; and sales strategies in the global arena. In doing so, it aims to shape a robust, actionable discourse. “Signal” (form and technology), “On” (sensation and narrative), and “Sale” (distribution and trust) map the successive thresholds through which digital art attains the status of a work. Art, first legible as a signal grounded in technical architectures, unfolds into sensory experience, and—through institutional apparatus—secures the conditions of exchange and preservation. This sequence distills the field’s operative logic. This is not a forum for trend-spotting. It is a venue for interrogating the structural conditions surrounding digital art and for devising strategies toward a sustainable ecosystem. Domestic and international galleries, auction houses, institutional curators, artists, and researchers will share operative methods and jointly develop the languages and frameworks that enable circulation and conservation. In this spirit, the conference positions itself as both a platform for learning and collaboration and a concrete laboratory for designing the future of digital art.
